Today I had the honour of attending a writing course with best selling author Sheree Fitch. A woman of many words, many talents and many similar beliefs as mine, Fitch inspired a room full of people and seemed inspired by the same. Brought here by the Frye Festival, Fitch took Moncton by storm by attending Revielle on Wednesday night to recite a poem she wrote in third grade, gave speeches galore at high schools and more, co-hosted CBC Information Morning this morning and then rushed to teach us her tricks of the trade.
Sheree Fitch’s brilliance and exuberant personality was enough to inspire me to keep at it and her compliments on my writing exercises were convincing to me and I will continue to write in all genres.
