With Family Literacy Day in New Brunswick fast approaching (January 27th, 2009) I’m left to ponder the options for a local author to contribute to the cause.
I’ve held book signings, contacted ABC Canada in regards to donating, sent hundreds of emails to various literacy organizations, volunteered at literacy events and yet it continues to be a struggle to participate in something I hold so dear.
If you have any ideas please send them along so I can take full advantage of our day for literacy as well as to continue to support something so important.
