I was asked to share my favourite community photo which was a hard one as there are so many. I always have my camera capturing my son growing up and take many at every community event we can attend.
This was one put on by Via Rail and my son’s and my own first train ride. The train took us to a picnic complete with the local hockey team mascot, Wild Willy, firemen, paramedics, games, prizes, etc,
Although it was raining and cold, the fun we had for free that day was priceless in so many ways. And it was all thanks to a community event we were able to attend.
