Britannica Dictionary definition of COACH
a : a person who teaches and trains an athlete or performer
- a track/tennis star who has been working with a new coach
- a vocal/voice/drama coach
b : a person who teaches and trains the members of a sports team and makes decisions about how the team plays during games
Even the best athletes start by being coached. Vocal performers, actors, and yes, writers, deserve to have someone in their corner at all times. Let me be your number one supporter. Helping you succeed and find your own path to get to where you want to go is something I would love to do. I have done it for years, for many, in a variety of ways, and invite you to check out my Raves page for testimonials from some of the people I worked with.
Life can be daunting, hobbies are enjoyable to experience and turn into a professional craft. Surrounding yourself with the right team, cheerleaders and experts makes work feel like play. When you are passionate with a purpose, plenty will prosper.
Many people need breaks from social media, or avoid it altogether, taking breaks as it gets too overwhelming and negative. While I can appreciate those thoughts, I am also its biggest supporter if it’s used it correctly and purposefully. Whether it’s Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and more, the old adage of “if you build it, they will come” is not quite true and yet, if you don’t build it, you won’t be found.
I do try to limit my channels and time spent on each though I am a true believer in each channel having its purpose and the purpose can be up to you.
When do you create a Facebook page? Are people still on Twitter? What’s LinkedIn? I have some answers, admittedly, not all of them as they are always growing and changing. Hire me to help make sense of the virtual promotional world, giving you reasons to post regularly and ideas on what to post.
Take the overwhelm out of Social Media and schedule a call with me today.
Even the most talented of writers need editors. Even editors need editors. Words are a puzzle, the English language a riddle, and then there’s spellcheck, redundancy, run-on’s, and fragments and everything in between, around, above and below. Your story may be amazing, the content, the plot and the characters outstanding, they still require an editor to polish them into a magical package.
Let me help you with that.
Finding mistakes in others pieces, for good or for good (in writing, there’s no downside to finding mistakes if you intend to correct them), comes naturally to me. While I admit to not avoiding some errors in my own writing, talk to anyone at all – it’s just different when editing your own work. You know what you intend to write, what words you want your readers to devour, and naturally skim past some of the most important words, assuming they were typed correctly.
As a reader of more books than my GoodReads account would allude, as your editor I will suggest corrections to spelling, changes to the order of words or paragraphs, and offer personal insight and attention to help polish your piece to the deserving shine.
Help me help you make your story even better! Set up a call today!
